View topic selections

To view student topic selections:

1. Navigate to the Topic Selector app in your Canvas course.

2. Click on the Selections.

   • You may need to expand the topic set by clicking on the arrow beside the topic set name.
   • Use the arrows beside a topic to expand or retract a topic.

Assign topic selections

To manually assign students to a topic:

1. Navigate to the Topic Selector app in your Canvas course.

2. Click on the Selections.

   • You may need to expand the topic set by clicking on the arrow beside the topic set name.
   • Use the arrows beside a topic to expand or retract a topic.

3. Click on the drop-down list or type a student's name to assign a student.

   • Additionally, you may remove a student by clicking on the X icon next to any student's name.

4. After you finish assigning each topic, click Update.

   • Note: Make sure you update each individual topic.
